Prior, Costas was the Chief Executive of Isobar & iProspect in Greece. He launched Isobar & iProspect in 2015 after Dentsu Aegis Network acquired his company, Mindworks.
Along with his business partner Giorgos, they started Mindworks back in 2005. From a tiny, specialised, performance marketing agency they transformed it into the fastest growing and largest independent digital communications agency in Greece.
During Costas’ tenure, Isobar & iProspect won more than 100 awards globally along with the recognition of clients, peers and employees. In 2017, Costas’ & Giorgos’ innovative projects were featured in the Advertising Age.
In REBORRN, Costas - besides managing the company - has been involved in Strategy, CX and BPO projects for global clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Phillip Morris International, Bayer and more.
Although an introvert, Costas loves public speaking and teaching. He has been a speaker and trainer for more than a decade. From conferences to universities and seminars, he has trained more than 3.000 people in Greece and abroad.
Costas may have excelled in the “digital marketing” sector for the past 15 years, but solving real business challenges is what makes him 'get out of bed'. By merging data with intuition, he consults enterprise clients on how to build better experiences for their customers and achieve their goals.
His story starts in 2005 when he co-founded Mindworks with Costas, creating one of the first search marketing agencies. Working together for a decade, they turned Mindworks from a boutique performance marketing agency into a leading full-service digital shop, growing a team of 5 people to a team of 50. In 2015 Mindworks was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network launching isobar & iProspect in Greece. 2.5 years later and having established isobar & iProspect as market leaders with a team of 85 people he left with his partner to seek together their next venture; REBORRN.
His work has won hundreds of awards on a national and international level. He’s a regular speaker to industry conferences and, whenever finds the time, he writes about the things he’s most interested in, change, people and the digital economy. When he’s not working, besides being a proud husband and a father, he runs. A lot.
Her expertise lies in empowering businesses to excel through visionary People Strategies, putting into practice her MBA degree. While consulting was an unexpected avenue for Kelly, the excitement of pioneering alongside a fresh wave of consultants was an irresistible challenge.
Her professional journey started at Hotel Grande Bretagne, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she played a vital role in driving cultural change, revamping HR processes, and navigating a major restructuring. This experience seamlessly led her to the ING Group, where she focused on cultivating culture, amplifying employee engagement, and championing initiatives in learning, performance, talent management, and regional people strategy.
In 2015, Kelly became Tripsta's HR Director. In this dynamic tech-driven environment, she proved that exceptional customer experiences stem from exceptional employee interactions. She also highlighted that agility principles extend beyond software engineering. The challenges of acquiring a rival company, reshaping the organisation, and integrating teams provided Kelly with valuable insights and lessons.
Outside of her professional realm, Kelly embraces the joys of motherhood and is fervently passionate about continuous learning. She's a devoted volunteer, with one of her cherished involvements being with the TEDx Athens organising committee. Despite the constraints of time, Kelly carves out moments for indulging in a good book, trying new cuisines, and exploring new places around the globe.

He is a self taught designer and definitely a team player, despite working also as a freelancer for more than 7 years.
“Think forward”, “fail harder” and “let’s do it” are some of the phrases you will frequently hear him say to his teams, when he’s not busy talking to his “Alexa”. He is always up for a good conversation, especially if it involves design, technology or Star Wars.
He never stops wondering what comes next.
Following his BSc and MSc studies and after attending a mind changing SEO conference delivered by Costas and Giorgos, Antonis joined Mindworks’ Performance Marketing department in 2012. He witnessed the transition from a boutique performance agency to a large, full-service independent digital shop and in 2015, he was part of the team that was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network.
At iProspect, the group’s established performance agency, he was a Performance Marketing Director for 4 years, working with multiple industry leading companies such as Allianz, Mondelez, Eurobank, The Coca-Cola Company, and Celestyal Cruises in areas related to performance advertising, analytics & data, ad tech, and search engine optimisation.
In September 2019, Antonis joined the CX & Process Innovation team at REBORRN, working in CRM, Business Process Optimisation and Data projects across several industries.
In his free time, Antonis finds joy in reading about digital analytics and playing music with his band, across Europe (hoping that one day they will cross the Atlantic!).
Mathilda spent the last 10+ years in leadership roles in the European start-up ecosystem, including Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for 12 markets at Deliveroo, Chief Revenue Officer at Side, and most recently as VP of Growth at Zego, managing the B2C and B2B businesses in the UK.
The high performance of her teams has been driven by a people-centred approach, where she has always contributed to her team members' development. Intrigued by the EQ side of the business equation, she also attended INSEAD's Executive Coaching program and is now a certified Business Coach.
Having seen a lot of start-ups scale, she had the drive to start a more entrepreneurial journey introducing BORRN, a company that helps start-ups go from zero to one.
Her journey with the co-founders, Costas and Giorgos, began in 2012 at Mindworks, initially onboarded as an Executive Assistant, but soon transitioning to Operations Manager at Isobar iProspect, showcasing her adaptability and skillset across roles.
Prior to these ventures, advertising was Antonia’s domain, where she nurtured her foundational skills. With over two decades of professional experience, she has beeen involved in various fields and industries.
Currently, Antonia’s role is a blend of Finance, Admin, Facilities, and Legal - areas where her expertise shines brightly. Among her multifaceted roles, collaborating with REBORRN’s legal department and the legal arms of partner firms has not only been a professional task but something she is passionate about.
There’s a fun twist to Antonia’s professional tale: she studied in Paris in a field entirely unrelated to her current position. As a student, Antonia honed her skills by proofreading, translating, and even assisting fellow students in writing their undergraduate and graduate theses.
